Title passes to purchaser when hammer falls. The winning bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding. All Sales Are Final. every effort to maximize the best return for you. Please Call us for Commission Rates. Estates and Collections are our specialty. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own merchandise. Large Quality Consignments rates are agreed by you and the auctioneer at time items are consigned.  DCA ANTIQUES is an absolute unreserved auction and has the right to delete anything prior to sale. Bottom line is that no one else will work harder selling your items. Payment is sent in 15 business days.

 

 

 

 

Please be advised that bidding on any item, whether in house, by absentee or telephone bid indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions announced at auction, in advertisements and stated here. Any breach of obligation under the terms and conditions of this sale my require DCA ANTIQUES to utilize all means available by law for payment at the purchasers expense.

The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best of the seller. Auctioneer is acting as agent only. The auctioneer's decision is final and any statements by auctioneer take precedence of printed material.

Pick-Up Purchases Policy; Merchandise that is purchased at our auction are to be paid for before leaving premises, Left & Phone Bids within 3 business days, Items must be picked up within 2 weeks After purchase Date. PRIOR Arrangements are made with DCA ANTIQUES. Thank You for your Cooperation.

You may bring property or photos to our gallery for auction estimates or advice on selling at auction. We also will come directly to your home to evaluate what you’d like to sell. There is no charge for this fee but we do ask that you make an appointment. If you decide that the auction method isn’t for you- we can also purchase outright-we purchase one item, collections, and entire households, just ask for details.
If you have property you wish to sell at auction, we will make
 DCA ANTIQUES does not pack or ship items but will gladly contact a shipping co. on purchasers behalf. ALL shipping and handling, insurance expenses incurred will be paid by purchaser to the shipping co. Title passes to purchaser when hammer falls. Old Oak Auctions is not responsible for any items after being sold. All items must be removed 2 weeks after purchase date or be charged $10 per item per day- unless prior arrangements have been made.
Phone lines are on a first come first serve basis, we prefer arrangement be made at least 24 hrs. prior to sale for both. Absentee bids are executed in competition with the audience- Un established customers must submit credit card # to guarantee execution of such bids. All winning bids are contacted the following business day with payment to be sent upon confirmation. All Absentee & Phone bidders accept the terms and conditions of this auction upon registration..
